Through my twenties and thirties a significant amount of my life was spent around motorsports.
If there is one thing that I’ve learned through all of my years in motorsports, it’s that winning racecars don’t just ‘happen’.
They are the result of passion, desire and drive.
They are the result of long days and sometimes even longer nights.
They are the result of hard work and countless sacrifices.
They are the result of financial, mental and emotional investments.
Winning starts long before the race does. A car doesn’t just show up and run well, without the team ‘running’ well before the car shows up.
Shop time can be one of the most important times.
Yet, sometimes we think we can just show up in life and take home the victory.
Winning in life, and in faith, isn’t that easy.
First, we have to know what we are racing for. Then, we have to be willing to make the self sacrifices and investments to prepare for the race.
Running well in life takes mental, emotional and spiritual preparedness to help us endure the race in front of us.
If you are struggling on the track, considering investing some more time at the ‘shop’ before getting back on track. To run well is to prepare well.
Race to win.
It is one thing to posses an automotive passion, it is another to recognize those passions are deeply enhanced when we share them with others.
The spec on this Ferrari SF90 is simply brilliant. If given the opportunity to spec one out myself, I do not believe I could have done a better job.
My middle cluster/computer went out as of two days ago. It is now darkness in the middle.
